Participation in Halal Expo Istanbul 2024
Hebron Leather & Shoe Cluster, in coordination with the Palestinian Federation of Leather Industries, participated in the ‘Halal Expo / Istanbul 2024’ exhibition, which was held in Istanbul during the period 27-30 November 2024, within a wide participation of Palestinian industries under the supervision of the Palestinian Trade Centre ‘Paltrade’.
The leather industries sector was represented by a delegation headed by Mr Amer Arafa, President of the Hebron Leather & Shoe Cluster and President of the Leather Industries Federation, Mr Faraj Al-Zughair, Public Relations Coordinator at the Federation, as well as the Sales Manager at the Leather & Shoe Cluster, Mr Ahmed Al-Ashhab. There was a distinguished participation from Kamel Sandal, represented by Mr Majed Al-Zaatari and Ms Mira Al-Zaatari.
The exhibition was visited by the Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Turkey, Dr Faed Mustafa, and his accompanying delegation, as well as the Turkish Minister of Trade, Mr Omar Bulat, who praised the level of the Palestinian industry and stressed their permanent support for the industry and trade exchange with Palestine.
