The Hebron Leather & Shoes Cluster participates in the fiftieth activities of the National Center for Leather and Shoes in Tunisia
Ashghal Al-Khalil Gathering participated in the activities of the fiftieth anniversary of the National Centre for Leather and Shoes in Tunis in the Tunisian capital, on the occasion of the fiftieth anniversary of the establishment of the center.
A cooperation agreement was signed between the Hebron Occupational Association and the National Centre for Leather and Shoes in Tunisia, where its director, Eng. Mohamed Hussein, and on the Tunisian side, Mr. Nabil Ben Bishr, signed on behalf of the group, in the presence of His Excellency the Tunisian Minister of Industry and Small and Medium Enterprises Mr. Salim Feriani and Mr. Samir Majoul President of the Union of Industry, Trade and Handicrafts and Mr. Akram Belhadj, President of the National University of Leather and Shoes in Tunisia.
The celebration included the Euro-Mediterranean shoe design competition, where Mr. Ghaleb Abu Omar, a representative of Shaal Al-Khalil Gathering, participated in the jury, which included international design arbitrators from Italy, Tunisia and Portugal
This participation came within the assembly's strategy to communicate with Arab and international institutions related to the shoe industry and to promote the shoe industry in Palestine. As well as to complement the previous cooperation with the Tunisian brothers, where many joint activities were implemented during the past three years.
