Hebron Shoe Shop, operating under the brand Shughl Al-Khalil, has been a trusted name in footwear retail in Hebron, with an established customer base and strong brand presence within the Hebron Leather and Shoe Cluster.
This activity is implemented under the Economic Resilience Programme, implemented by UNDP/PAPP and funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC). It aims to design and implement a structured market and feasibility assessment to support the potential expansion of Hebron Shoe Shop into a new branch in the West Bank.
Aligned with UNDP/PAPP’s strategic focus on strengthening MSME competitiveness, market access, and private sector resilience, this intervention will generate the analytical and strategic foundation required to determine the most suitable location and operational model for opening a new branch.
The purpose of this market study is to assess the feasibility of opening a new branch in the West Bank, focusing on potential demand, competition, target market, location options, and financial viability.
